Some Things
A series of sculptures. Various materials, but mostly: found timber, tape, florists wire, screws, nylon rope, rubber sheeting.
Made at Summer Lodge at Nottingham Trent University, July 2017.
Incorporating a broad and opportunistic range of materials and strategies, our absent-minded and fidgeting hands toyed with the techniques of suspension. Playful, banal, and poetic, these abstractions enjoy the pleasures of bare materials and precarious tensions.
